Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

Serving in the British Army and being deployed on Operational Tours such as Afghanistan and Iraq, I've met many people who have suffered with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The hardest part of PTSD to understand is that it is not a disorder. Not everyone will agree with me but let's look at the base level.

PTSD is created when a person is subjected to a scenario which in future plays on their mind in a stressful manner, not allowing them to live their life comfortably.

But where is the disorder? There isn't one - there is just the stress of the memory creating a loop process.

Using waking hypnosis and other processes, I will assist you to create an acceptance for the stress that has been created no longer making it stressful.

I Cannot put into words how good it makes me feel.

“This picture might not mean much to anyone but to me I cannot put in words how it makes me feel! The other day a wonderful human reached out to me, a completely selfless act to support me and help pull me out a really dark place. I can not recommend Graham Webber enough! I’ve have only had one session for my PTSD so far and I’ve already conquered the road I’ve avoided for 3 months, just after one session! I never thought that would be possible, Graham will vouch for me when I say that this was no easy task! Even visualising this road was a trigger for a panic attack, not anymore! I have a long way to go but I’ve come so far thanks to hypnosis and to Graham, now it’s time for a gin”
